Les Petits Fruits de Pré-d'en-Haut is located in the beautiful Memramcook Valley, just outside of Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. Overlooking the majestic Bay of Fundy, our farm is home to an abundance of highbush blueberries. These large blueberries are planted with care and attention to ensure a quality, tasty fruit.

Beginning in early August we open our U-Pick to the public, where you can enjoy the experience of picking your own highbush blueberries or buy from our popular fruit stand, located onsite. Our blueberries can also be found at retailers throughout Atlantic Canada during the berry season.

In addition to growing highbush blueberries, raspberries and select garden vegetables, we produce a variety of fruit jams and jellies, made in the traditional style. These delicious products can be purchased at various supermarkets and farmers markets throughout the region. All of our products are available during berry season at the fruit stand located at our U-Pick.

Who We Are

Owners and proprietors, Madeleine Céré and Jean-Louis Bourgeois started Les Petits Fruits de Pré-d'en-haut in 2000. We are both from longstanding farming families and were born and raised on apple farms, Madeleine in Québec and Jean-Louis in New Brunswick.

We met while working on an apple farm and decided to begin a life together. Sharing a common dream and passion for agriculture, we combined our experience to give life to a highbush blueberry plantation.

At Les Petits Fruits de Pré-d'en-haut, we are very concerned about the environment. In our fields we follow good cultural practices and seek to minimize the use of pesticides by IPM (Insects Pest Monitoring) and the use of insect traps to determine if treatments are required.

In 2004, in recognition of our good cultural practices, the FFAANB (Fédération Francophone des Agriculteurs et Agricultrices du Nouveau-Brunswick) bestowed the title of Farm of the Year to Les Petits Fruits de Pré-d'en-haut.

Les Petits Fruits de Pré-d'en-haut is a member of the Agricultural Alliance of New Brunswick and is also a member of the Really Local Harvest.
